Skills

Liam has been working on a few things lately, and is honing his skills rather nicely if I do say so myself.  Over the weekend he re-discovered his ability to open the refrigerator (something he'd done a while back but hadn't tried to do again).  He also spent plenty of time climbing up and down from the floor to his crib's changing table and back. (Aside - His climbing completely terrified Luke, who allows Liam to get himself into a much lower threshold of physical risk than I do.  I see Liam do this kind of thing all the time so I wasn't nearly as worried about him falling.  But it was funny and sweet for me to watch how worried Luke was.)

But Liam's started climbing on some new things at the end of last week - the kitchen chairs and table! (All of that stuff on the floor and the binkey in his mouth are things that were on the table before, that he pulled off on one of his previous trips to the top on the table.)

He's also been working on his spoon skills which is, in my opinion, the most adorable thing EVER.  A note for Uncle William and Grandpa Mott - though it's too early to tell, we hope he'll be joining the noble ranks of the left-handers.
